We are currently seeking applicants for:

 

Family Support Administrator

Tralee based, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, 21 hours per week,

26 days pro rata annual leave, paid sick leave scheme.

 

Kerry Community Youth Service (KCYS) is looking for an experienced and motivated Family Support Project Administrator to join our Cróige Project team in Tralee. Funded by TUSLA, the Cróige Project provides vital support to families across Kerry, and this role plays a key part in ensuring our services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and with compassion.

 

About the Role:

You’ll support the Project Co-ordinator and team with high-level administrative functions, data management, financial tracking, and compliance. You’ll play a vital role in helping us maintain a safe, well-organised, and responsive environment that enables our team to focus on delivering high-quality services to families across the county.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective manual and digital admin systems.
  • Collect, manage, and report on project data, including Outcome Star.
  • Coordinate referrals and project communications.
  • Assist with financial tracking and report preparation.
  • Support compliance, meetings, and day-to-day team operations.
