We are seeking a two dedication and dynamic Integration Youth Workers to work with Ukrainian young people and support their integration into the local community. This role involves developing and delivering youth work programmes that respond to their needs and create meaningful connections.
Kerry Community Youth Service (KCYS) is committed to supporting young people by fostering an environment that is young person-centred, rights-based, empowering, inclusive, respectful, and non-judgmental. Our aim is to provide opportunities that help young people develop and integrate successfully within their communities. As an Integration Project Worker, you will be at the heart of this mission, delivering engaging youth programmes, fostering positive relationships, and making a real difference in young people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with and support young people who need it most
- Develop and deliver tailored creative and fun youth work programmes to support the integration of Ukrainian young people into the community.
- Provide a safe and inclusive space for personal growth and development
- Advocate for young people and support them in overcoming challenges
- Work alongside a passionate and supportive team
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to provide coordinated support and remove barriers to participation.
