KCYS Family Centre New Funds

Launched in July 2023, our Family Centre was created to provide a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment where children in care or from separated families (and not open to social work) can spend meaningful, quality time with their birth or non-resident parent(s). This is an essential county-wide service available from both our Killarney and Tralee KCYS Centres.

We are thrilled to have been awarded a €40,000 grant from The Community Foundation and the Toy Show Appeal, which will support the scaling of this vital service.

This funding allows us to expand our reach, enhance our facilities, and continue fostering safe, consistent family connections that support the emotional wellbeing and development of children.
