Kerry Community Youth Service (KCYS) is a community-based youth work organisation committed to serving all young people in a safe, fun and positive environment, through the provision of youth spaces, services, mentoring, training and ongoing opportunities for their holistic development.
We are currently seeking applicants for:
HR Administrator
Killarney based, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, 21 hours per week,
26 days pro rata annual leave, paid sick leave scheme.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled professional who can provide exceptional support to the HR Manager and wider KCYS team. Their primary responsibilities will include providing and efficient, confidential, and flexible high-level administration service to the HR Department. This post requires the utmost professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality. The post holder will possess outstanding communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
